TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shotz Basketball Facility — shotzbasketball.com

These Terms govern your use of shotzbasketball.com and the Shotz Basketball Facility at 12242 SW 128th St, Miami, FL 33186 ("Shotz", "we"), operated by Shotz Basketball Facility. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts. You must be at least 18 to hold an account. You are responsible for every player you add, all activity on your account, and keeping your login private.

2. Bookings. Sessions are booked online in 1-hour blocks up to 14 days ahead. Each player may hold one session per day. A booking is for the named player only and may not be transferred or resold.

3. Door codes. Each booking comes with a personal door code valid from 5 minutes before the session until it ends. Do not share your code or let anyone else in ("tailgating"). Anyone admitted on your code is your responsibility.

4. Unattended facility. Shotz may be open with no staff on site. You use the facility at your own risk and must follow posted rules and the Facility Rules.

5. Video surveillance. The facility is monitored by cameras for safety and security. Recordings may be used to enforce these Terms.

6. Payments. Prices are shown on the site. You authorize Shotz and its payment processor to charge your payment method for purchases and recurring fees you choose.

7. Suspension and termination. Shotz may suspend or end access for rule violations, unpaid balances, unsafe conduct, or misuse of door codes, without refund where the law allows.

8. Communications. You agree to receive account, booking and door-code messages by email. Marketing messages are optional.

9. Privacy. We collect the information needed to run your account, including players' names and dates of birth, and records of door entry. We use it only to operate the facility and your membership.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shotz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 3 months.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms. We will ask you to accept material changes before your next booking or purchase.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Contact. Questions about these Terms: (305) 606-1072 or info@shotzbasketball.com.

Membership Agreement

Version 3 · effective October 1, 2026

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Shotz Basketball Facility

This Agreement is between Shotz Basketball Facility ("Shotz") and the account holder who signs it ("Member").

1. Plan. Member chooses a plan (Rookie, Sharpshooter, Sniper Elite, or another listed plan). The plan sets the monthly price and number of sessions. Unused sessions do not roll over.

2. Shotz Family & Friends. Family & Friends memberships cover two players who come together. One booking covers both players, the session allowance is shared between them, and only one session per day may be booked.

3. Billing. The first payment is charged at signup. The plan then renews automatically every month on the same date and the saved payment method is charged until cancelled. Every payment includes a $4.50 service fee, and Florida sales tax (currently 7%) is added to the plan price and the service fee.

4. Minimum term. Plans marked with a commitment require 3 monthly payments before a cancellation takes effect. There is no early-termination fee.

5. Cancellation. After the minimum term, Member may cancel from their account at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. No partial-month refunds.

6. Freezes. Shotz staff may freeze a membership on request. Billing pauses while a membership is frozen, and booking resumes when it is unfrozen.

7. Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, booking is paused until the balance is paid. The payment processor retries the card automatically. There is no late fee.

8. Price changes. Shotz will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of an active plan.

9. Session rules. Each membership covers the named player(s) only. One session per player per day.

10. Cancelling a session. A booked session may be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before it starts, and it goes back on the monthly allowance. One cancellation within 24 hours of the start is forgiven each calendar month; after that, a cancellation within 24 hours releases the court but the session counts as used.

11. No-shows. Court times are in high demand, and a missed session takes time away from other members and players. A no-show counts as a used session. On Sniper Elite and Shotz Annual Pass memberships, a $25 no-show fee plus sales tax is charged to the payment method on file.

12. Contact. Billing questions: (305) 606-1072 or info@shotzbasketball.com.

3. Players under 14 must have a parent or guardian on site at all times.
